Friends Like These explores the unspoken challenges of becoming a new parent – how one is forced to tear themself down in service of another, and gradually rebuild piece by piece. It indicts a modern world that has normalized antisocial behavior to the point where we’d rather cut somebody from our life than have uncomfortable conversations. We self isolate and don’t have the social wherewithal to build lasting communities – how on earth can we, as a species, possibly survive? Seriously.
