When new competitors moved in to the highly crowded and price-driven NYC market, FlatRate’s business was threatened. Their previous marketing efforts lost sight of the principles that founded the company – the spirit of partnership between a moving company and a customer on one of the most important days of their lives.
So, we changed the conversation.
The company name already speaks to price. We wrote a new mission statement based on the respect the partners have for their customers. We conceived and launched #Keep Moving Forward, a fully integrated campaign including 5 commercials, digital, print and OOH for under $100k, in less than a month. And, by leveraging TWC Media’s targeting capabilities and unmatched knowledge of the NYC market, we ensured that the campaign broke through in the largest, most competitive media market in the country with a limited budget.
